You Have So Much More to Offer Your Coaching Clients
There are many different reasons why people become coaches. But at least part of why you did is likely rather simple: You enjoy helping people.
But not just help. You have a deeply rooted desire to support individuals along their journey through personal and professional expansion. And let’s not forget that you’d like to positively impact their lives.
In fact, you probably spend a lot of time thinking about what you could have done to better support your clients during calls.

Your Coaching Style Still Doesn’t Quite Feel Like a Perfect “Fit” For You
Deep down, you know you have so much more to offer your clients than they currently receive. Still…you can’t quite figure out what’s missing from your coaching approach.
This is where help from a mentor coach comes into play!
How much do you agree with: The training required to become certified as a coach sometimes leans into a “one size fits all” approach.
Yet you are unique, and every client you have is unique.
So, doesn’t it make sense for you to embrace a personalized style when working with them?

Ready to Embrace Your Unique Coaching Style?

What you, as a beautiful individual human, can offer your clients is entirely different from what another coach offers.
So, if you feel like you’re leaning too hard into standardized coaching practices and not hard enough into being yourself, it’s time to make a change!
Imagine what it will feel like when you attract even more clients who genuinely light you up—individuals who are aligned with you not because your coaching title resonates but because YOU do!

What is the structure of these Group Mentor Coaching sessions?
Typically, one or multiple coaches will coach another coach participant and receive feedback from the group and me on their specific coaching focus. Generally, there is also time to discuss coaching challenges, utilize the entire group to see alternative perspectives and approaches, and normalize what is occurring since many coaches work alone. What happens in each session depends on the coach participants and honoring meeting the group participants where they are and what they need or want related to their coaching skills.
